DuckDoro Privacy Policy
DuckDoro collects the minimum it needs to run your board. The summary
below states the actual policy; the page itself carries the full text.
What DuckDoro does not do
It does not sell or rent your personal data. It does not send push
notifications. It never sees your Google password and never receives or
stores your full card number — Stripe handles payment details.
What it collects
Your account email, and the content you create: intents, projects,
tasks, ideas, meetings and focus sessions. Product analytics are
first-party and written to DuckDoro's own database; third-party
analytics load only if you accept them in the cookie banner.
The free tools
The brain dump, capacity calculator and Memento Mori tools run entirely
in your browser and send nothing anywhere. The two AI tools — Sort My
List and First Bite — send the text you paste to the model once to be
sorted; it is not stored in an account or linked to you.
Your rights
You can export or delete everything at any time, from the app or by
asking. Requests are answered within 30 days. Account data is kept for
as long as the account exists.
The rest
The full policy also covers the legal bases for processing, cookies and
local storage, the Calm New Tab browser extension, the processors that
handle data on DuckDoro's behalf, international transfers, retention,
security, children, and how the policy changes.
