DuckDoro Terms of Service
Last updated 11 June 2026. These terms are the contract between you and
DuckDoro (part of Duckverse.pro), covering your account, billing,
acceptable use, and how either side ends the agreement. The summary
below states the actual terms; the page itself carries the full text.
Who can use it
You must be at least 16, or the age of digital consent where you live.
You are responsible for your own credentials.
What the Service is
A personal execution system: three daily intents, a calm focus timer,
time tracking and thought capture. The constraints — three intents a
day, three active projects, one frog — are deliberate design decisions,
not missing features.
Plans, billing and renewal
There is a free plan and there are paid subscriptions. Payments run
through Stripe and DuckDoro never stores your full card details.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of
each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from
the billing page, which opens your Stripe customer portal; cancellation
takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, and you
keep paid features until then.
If prices change, you get at least 30 days' notice by email before the
new price applies to your renewal, and you can cancel before it takes
effect. Prices may exclude tax, added at checkout where applicable.
Promo codes are one per account and have no cash value.
Refunds
In the EU, EEA and UK you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal
on online purchases. Starting a paid subscription is a request to
begin the service immediately, which affects that right once you have
used the paid service within those 14 days.
Your content
Your tasks, projects and notes stay yours. You can export or delete
them at any time.
