The free toolkit

Tools, printables, a quiz, a challenge, and honest guides — all usable without an account.

Everything here is free: no signup, no payment. The tools run in your browser and what you type never leaves it — with one honest exception: First Bite sends the task you type to our AI so it can be broken down, and says so on the page. (We load anonymous analytics only if you accept the cookie banner.) They all practice the same calm method: capture everything, commit to three, eat the 🐸 frog first, done by dark.

How to start anything

Toolkit FAQ

Are these really free?

Yes — no account, no payment, no email (except the challenge, which is an email course by nature). The interactive tools run entirely in your browser.

Why give them away?

Each tool demonstrates the method the app is built on. If a tool helps, the app is the same idea as a daily system. If the tool alone is enough — that's a fine outcome too.

Do the tools track me?

No. Your content never leaves the browser. Anonymous analytics may run on the page only if you accept the cookie banner, and they never touch what you type.

Like the toolkit?
The app is the same idea, daily.

Three intent slots, one frog, one calm timer — and unlimited capture underneath.
